Taichi Auto
Lotus Mobility has joined forces with Taichi He Industrial Group (Hainan) to create Taichi Auto Ltd, with intellectual property rights, factories, initial market accesses to China and GCC. This includes substantial pre-orders for 2022-2024 valued at several billion dollars.
The initial launch model is a mid-market SUV with standard and Deluxe versions, personalized with Taichi He logo. Initial sales will be made to Taichi members which total more than 100 million, with most of them being SME owners.
SUMARU Mobility
As a Lotus Mobility subsidiary, Sumaru Mobility will initially focus on cutting edge 2-wheelers for North America, GCC and Oceania. Sumaru is teaming up with two leading and prestigious partners in China to distribute their branded products in addition to manufacturing Sumaru products under an ODM relationship.
